The 3rd annual CITY Awards, established by the Independent Cosmetic Manufactures and Distributors (ICMAD) Association in 2004, will recognize the creativity and marketing efforts of the best Cosmetic Innovators of The Year. The awards will be presented during the ICMAD annual meeting and dinner on Wednesday, June 21 at Tavern on the Green in New York City.
